ITALIAN FURNITURE DESIGN EXHIBITION !
Dia Behbehani Furniture Co. is proud to announce its presence at the "Italian Design & Furniture Exhibition",
held at Salwa Sabah Al Ahmed Theater, Salmiya, from 31st of May to 3rd of June, 2010.
Between, 31st of May and 3rd of June, 2010, Salwa Sabah Al Ahmed Theater in Salmiya hosted the Italian Design Furniture Exhibition. It is one of the important exhibition in Kuwait for all who love italian design, italian fashion, elegance and exclusive high-style.
The inaugurating ribbon cutting ceremony was conducted by Rashid Al-Tabtabaie, Undersecretary of the Ministry
of Commerce and Industry for the State of Kuwait, and H.E. Enrico Granara, Italian Ambassador to Kuwait.
The exhibition coincided with the Italian National Day which happens to be on June 2, allowing a wide range of
VIP's to know more about Italian Furniture and Italian arts. This exhibition is the first of its kind to happen in 20
years in Kuwait.
This exhibition highlighted the deep bond that links art and the fashion industry where creativity and innovation
have distinguished the ‘Made in Italy’ for ages. Major creations by the experts of fashion and design were
displayed at the exhibition. The main theme was excellence: house decorating and dressing up in luxury Italian
brands in a very innovative way.
Dia Behbehani Furniture Co. was one of the exhibitors, displaying the 2010 introductions of CALLIGARIS.
